Holding Deposit
A small deposit secures your booking and comes off your service total at your appointment
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment. (Full details are on the Salon Policy page.)
High-Demand Times
Evenings and Saturdays are generally reserved for existing clients. Please reach out if you would like to go on the wait/cancellation list
Appointment Confirmation
A confirmation email with directions, parking info, and prep tips will be sent the day before your booking. Please confirm your appointment.
Payment Options
Eftpos, Cash, and Afterpay are all available in studio.
